As the Kicker Sports is manufacturing & exporting company of footballs and goalkeeper’s gloves, so the company is well aware of hazardous of the workers while performing their activities and using raw material and other resources.
 
Kicker Sports constantly keeps on its efforts for the improvement of its OH&S System to provide the healthy atmosphere to it’s workers to get them safe from any type of hazards.

Policy record for the requirement regarding health and safety is to be maintained in the health and management system of OHSAS 18001:2007 and communicated to all the workers and staff of the company and also kept available for public interest.
 
Medical / Social Security Policy
 
Kicker Sports provides the benefits of Social Security and Medical facilities to its workers and their families after their probationary period of 3 months and for to provide this facility, Kicker Sports pays 6% of the employee salary on monthly basis.
 
Personal Protective Equipment Policy
 
Kicker Sports is well aware about safe and healthy working conditions policy about its workers and to protect from any incident, provide its workers the PPEs like eye protection, breathing mask, foot/instep protection and hand protection etc.
 
Health, Safety & Environment Policy
 
Safe and healthy environment is to be provided to the employees to protect them from any type of incident, fire or toxic materials.
 
Fire Safety Policy
 
It is the policy of Kicker Sports to encourage and support a high quality approach to maintaining a fire safe environment. Company shall make necessary arrangement to ensure the protection of workforce from any occurrence of accident / incident. To ensure the fire safety, Company reviews the safety equipment periodically.
 
Smoking Policy

Company always discourages the employees from smoking and makes them aware for its losses to health and wastage of money. However a small area near the factory gate is reserved for smoking.
